Weapon Mods are unlocked at Field Drone stations. Past the hall, you’ll reach a chamber with the field drone floating in the upper left corner. Cross over the platforms and enter a hallway through a skull mouth. After collecting both colored Skull keys, you’ll drop into a grey expanse.
